Mother’s Day <\/a>is a time for sweet surprises and heartfelt moments, and Khloe Kardashian got a dose of both from her adorable daughter, True Thompson<\/a>. The 39-year-old reality star melted hearts everywhere when she shared a special story that True wrote and illustrated just for her.<\/p>\n

In the form of a card, True shared her personal views of her mother in a story entitled, “‘My Mother: A True Story,’ which was written and illustrated by True.”<\/p>\n
But that wasn’t the only treat Khloe received on her special day. The Good American co-founder indulged in a delicious strawberries and yogurt breakfast-in-bed, accompanied by three single-stemmed roses<\/p>\n

In addition to her six-year-old daughter, True, *The Kardashians <\/em>reality show star also shares 21-month-old son, Tatum, with Los Angeles Lakers NBA star, Tristan Thompson.<\/p>\n*
*On a recent episode on the* SHE MD Podcast<\/a>, the mother-of-two shared her surrogacy experience and the emotional rollercoaster of welcoming her son, Tatum. During the conversation with her doctor, Dr. Tha\u00efs Aliabadi, and Mary Alice Haney, Kardashian discussed her challenges in bonding with Tatum.<\/p>\n
Kardashian also explained her decision to have Tristan Thompson undergo three paternity tests because of her son’s striking resemblance to her brother, Rob Kardashian. The *Hulu <\/em>star wanted to make sure that her brother hadn’t “‘donated sperm somewhere?’\u201d<\/p>\n*
