It’s no longer a secret that Timbaland and his wife of five years, Monique Mosley, are getting a divorce, thanks to court documents. It is, however, new to hear Mosley’s demands for child support for her and Timba’s daughter as well as her son that she had from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/i><\/a> recently reported,<\/p>\n

“Timbaland’s wife has filed for divorce … TMZ has learned … and she’s not only demanding that he foot the bill for their kid, she wants him to pay for a kid he didn’t even father.\u00a0Monique Mosley\u00a0says in her divorce docs — obtained by TMZ — that although she and Timbaland have been married for 5 years, they’ve been a couple for twice that time.\u00a0 In addition to their 5-year-old daughter, Monique has a 10-year-old from another relationship.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to Monique, Timbaland is her son’s father by default because he has publicly and privately claimed him as his own. This, in turn, gives her every right to ask for financial support when raising her tween, even in light of divorce.<\/p>\n

Mosley has asked the courts for permanent alimony and life insurance in addition to monthly payments of child support for the couple’s daughter and her son. Timbaland, who has an older son named Demetrius, wed Monique on June 10, 2008.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
