These games are nothing compared to when you have a tragedy like that,&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/espn.go.com\/espn\/story\/_\/id\/8750770\/miami-heat-other-teams-players-pay-tribute-conn-elementary-school-victims\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a> James after the game. &#8220;It sucks that sometimes you need a tragedy to put things back in perspective, to appreciate what you have. But it does that to people. It\u2019s unfortunate that you have to have something like that to understand what\u2019s really important and some things that aren&#8217;t important at all. Family is the No. 1 important thing in life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bckonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/jamessons.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109674\" src=\"https:\/\/bckonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/jamessons.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bckonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/jamessons.jpg 500w, https:\/\/bckonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/jamessons-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dwyane Wade, a father of two and captain of the &#8216;Heat,&#8217; also commented on the massacre saying, &#8220;The team is very close, and we all have kids. So everyone\u2019s affected by it.&#8221; The Sandy Hook shooting claimed the lives of 26 adults and children. President Obama has asked all government facilities to hang the flag at half staff until further notice in honor of the victims.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bckonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/wade.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109672\"
