This coming Sunday is an important day for Mavis Spencer, the daughter of actress Alfre Woodard. Mavis has been selected as Miss Golden Globe for “The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards” to be aired on NBC on Sunday, January 17, 2010.
Traditionally, Miss Golden Globes is a son or daughter of a celebrity who assists in the Golden Globes ceremony. Yesterday (January 14th), Mavis and her mom attended the 9th Annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview hosted by the Diamond Information Center and InStyle at the at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
